Attorney fees and the scope of work
The schedule below lists starting fees in Russian roubles. The fee for a particular assignment is agreed after the circumstances and scope of work are discussed.
What affects the fee?
The main factors are the legal issue, procedural stage, complexity, volume of documents, urgency and expected work. An oral consultation without document review is different from a detailed analysis or preparation of a written position.
Representation may involve preparation, hearings and further procedural work. A price for one hearing or one stage must not be read as the cost of all proceedings.
What is paid separately?
Court fees, expert examinations and other applicable compulsory payments are separate. Work outside Sevastopol can involve travel and accommodation expenses. The scope and costs should be clarified before the assignment begins.
Consultations are not advertised as free. Payment methods, currencies other than RUB and arrangements for payments from abroad are not specified here and must not be assumed.

Explain the issue and deadlines, identify the documents available and ask what tasks the proposed fee covers. Ask how additional work or a change of procedural stage would be agreed.
